*Please arrive no more than 15 minutes PRIOR to your appointment as the doors may be locked.
*If you are late, please understand that your service may be shortened.
*Metered parking is in front of the spa. Quarters are available.
Payment is due upon completion of service. If an appointment is rescheduled, cancelled, or "no showed" less than 24 hours or 15 minutes later than appointment time, 50% of scheduled service will be charged to card on file. Emergencies happen and will be taken into consideration! If no/valid card is available, it will be added in addition to next scheduled service. A credit card will need to be on file when booking online. It is not charged when booking. Cash or credit cards accepted. No checks.
The Esthetician reserves the right not to perform a particular treatment if it is not appropriate.
