APPOINTMENTS


*This is an appointment only spa, no walk-ins.


*Please arrive no more than 15 minutes PRIOR to your appointment as the doors may be locked.


*If you are late, please understand that your service may be shortened.


*Metered parking is in front of the spa.  Quarters are available. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of service.  "NO SHOWS" are charged 100% of scheduled service and will not be allowed to reschedule until payment of missed appointment and future appointment is paid.  Cancelling less then 24 hours will result in 50% of service cost.  To reschedule, the prior and future appointment will need to be paid. A credit card will need to be on file.  Cash or credit cards accepted.  No checks. Emergencies happen and will be taken into consideration.  

RESERVE THE RIGHT

The Esthetician reserves the right not to perform a particular treatment if it is not appropriate.  For example,  if you are diabetic, you need a MD script for waxing services. It may be as simple as a client getting a MDs note for the appropriate service.
